Our specialised therapist sessions consist of a brief initial interview to know if you have any ailments, injuries, accidents, illnesses or recommendations from your doctor. Then you will work on conditioning techniques, using pressure and kneading, activating and draining tension from the different physical and energetic systems. We will perform deep muscle work with a very old formula of traditional Ayurvedic oil. Also we make marmatherapy and cleansing of energetic blocks through the hands, combining our whole practice with the recitation of mantras.
