Kunjapuri
Located at an altitude of 1645 m with a panoramic view of the Himalayan peaks, Rishikesh, Haridwar and the Doon valley, we meditate in the legendary Devi Temple of the Gharwali mountains, watching the Sun Rise. As an extra, we offer a trekking back to Rishikesh with picnic in the nature.

Vasishta Guha Cave
The Vasishta Guha Cave is a hugely popular place for devotees who are interested in the art of meditation. Vasishta Guha is situated on banks of the holy Ganga River, surrounded by the Shivalik Himalayas. The many sages and saints who practiced meditation in the cave have filled it with a deeply healing spiritual energy.
We will guide a meditation in the cave and a sacred bathing ceremony in the Ganges before giving you a historical and cultural guide of the location.

Dehradun
Dehradun is located in the Doon Valley nestled between two of Indias mightiest rivers: the Ganges and the Yamuna. Said to be one of the oldest cities in India. A large settlement and the World´s largest Stupa of the re-established Mindrolling Monastery from Tibet is situated in Clement Town. We are also visiting the temple of Tara, the prayer wheel and we will enjoy a delicious meal in the Tibetan restaurant.

Haridwar
In this Holy City we can attend some of the most sacred Hindu rituals. At the Hari-ki-puri ghat we can take a sacred bath, than visit the temple of Mansa Devi, to which we ascend by cable care. After we get lost a little bit in the exciting bazaar of the city, and we will have lunch in a local restaurant. Than we visit and meditate in the Ashram of Anandamayi Ma.
